Tasting notes

 

This darkly colored wine develops highly intense scents of Mediterranean scrubland and toasted notes, followed by over-ripened and jammy red berry aromas. Its palate is very spicy (pepper & cinnamon) and mellowed by oak ageing, that has brought about fat and roundness, for the pleasure of your taste buds.

 

Food pairing

Worth tasting with quail terrine, delicious honey-roasted chicken legs or veal in a Bearnaise sauce and matured cheese.
